Jeans Factory

AS STEEL has been involved in the construction of the Dirohmm Jeans Factory in Andijan, Uzbekistan, one of the largest denim production facilities in Central Asia. Built on a 6-hectare site, the facility, which began operations in 2020, has a production capacity of over 25,000 pairs of jeans daily. This project not only contributes to the textile industry in the region but also supports the local economy by providing employment for 2,700 people.

The construction of the factory involved the use of reinforced concrete and steel structural elements, ensuring high durability and fast assembly. Energy and sound insulation technologies were applied in the production areas to enhance efficiency. Energy-saving systems have been a key component of the facility, aiming to reduce operating costs and ensure an environmentally friendly production process.

The project was completed on schedule through effective project management and delivered within the planned timeframe. The factory, which aims to increase regional employment and expand export capacity, is expected to make significant long-term contributions to the economic growth of Andijan.
