Chortoq Mineral Water Plant

AS Steel has successfully completed a $15.6 million project to expand the production facility of Chortoq Mineral Water LLC in the Namangan region of Uzbekistan. Utilizing steel construction and high-insulation sandwich panel systems, the company built a modern and durable facility. The total production area of 17,000 m² is designed to provide safe and efficient service for years, withstanding environmental factors and ensuring long-lasting performance.

The project features steel construction systems that offer superior protection against earthquakes and other natural disasters while enhancing assembly speed for increased efficiency during the construction process. The sandwich panels significantly improved thermal and acoustic insulation, ensuring energy efficiency, as well as providing water resistance and fire protection, thereby maximizing safety standards.

The project was meticulously executed in compliance with international construction standards and the construction process was completed ahead of schedule, successfully meeting the fast delivery objectives.
