CULTURE AND SPORTS CENTER OF TURKMENISTAN MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND TELEVISION RADIO BROADCASTING

The general area of culture and sports complex is 325.000m2 (32,5 hectares), it includes 3 high residences, Turkmen state culture institute, private music boarding school, kinder garden for 200 children, general education school for 600 students and public service facilities, underground car parks and closed pools. The complex covers private music boarding school, 4 floored building, education building for 740 people, dormitory for 450 people, sports center. In closed sports center, there are pool and basketball sites. Besides, there is a mini football site under construction on the backyard of the building. Everything that is necessary to perform modern education is designed in education school for 600 people. Classes, laboratories, study rooms, other facilities that are to be used in education are equipped with modern equipment. There will be tennis, volleyball, basketball and open sports center on the backyard of the school. Nursery for 200 people of the complex is consisted of a building which has two floors. It is under the responsibility of the project that there should be resting room, practical study room, doctor room, buffet, toilets, playing rooms, dormitories on the building. Currently, a pool with a dressing room and other necessary service rooms are available in the building. Two of the houses have 12 floors and 36 flats and it was planned to construct another building which will have 12 floors and 144 flats, 4 entrances between these two. It was also planned to place two shopping malls between these three building. Also, it was designed to build a Turkish bath on the back front of the house which has 12 floors and 36 flats.
