Hazorasp Textile Factory

AS Steel has provided innovative solutions to the sector by participating in the construction of a modern textile production facility in the Khiva region of Uzbekistan. The facility, which became operational in 2023, has an annual production capacity of 7,000 tons of yarn, 4,000 tons of knitted fabric and 10 million clothing items. All produced goods are exported to global markets in compliance with international quality standards.

Built on an area of approximately 50,000 m², the facility is reinforced with reinforced concrete and steel construction systems and equipped with eco-friendly, energy-efficient technologies. Energy consumption has been optimized through the installation of 60 kW capacity solar panels on the roofs and heat recovery systems. The construction process was completed quickly and efficiently, with the project delivered on schedule.

The factory provides direct employment for 500 people, contributing to the economic development of the region. With an annual export potential of 15 million dollars, it enhances Uzbekistan’s international competitiveness in the textile sector. Through this project, AS Steel has once again demonstrated its leadership position in the industry with its innovative and sustainable construction solutions.
