HOTEL AND HEALTH CENTER OF TURKMENISTAN MINISTRY OF DEFENSE

The hotel and health center of Turkmenistan Ministry of Defense has been projected on 69.000m2 area with one basement floor and 12 normal floors in Avaza location of Türkmenbaşı city. The hotel has 398 beds, 154 rooms. A comprehensive health center and a 23.000m2 closed area are available in project. 136 standard rooms, 18 suit rooms have been planned for the hotel. The twelfth floor of the building has been decorated for Head of State of Turkmenistan and it was called “Minister Flat”. Swimming pool, aqua-park, pool cafeteria, seaport and summer house, children playing area, sports sites including basketball, tennis, football, running and walking parks, car park for 100 cars, car and passenger ways, sea water purification center, dirty water purification center, heating-cooling center, generator, green house, an architectural garden with tropical trees and plants, beach areas and boathouse are among the facilities of the outside of the hotel.
