Turkmenistan bank houses have 35 flats and the total construction area of houses is 8.881m2. Senagat Bank houses have 35 flats and the total construction area of houses is 9.548m2, they have 2 blocks which have 12 flats. Vertical access between basement and normal flats is done by 4 elevators, 2 stairs. There are 2.145m2 underground car parks for 70 car, fire, garden sprinkling, drinking water reservoirs, boiler house, transformer and generator in outside of the building. Environment is decorated with green area, children playing areas and lightings. This project which was started in the seventh month of 2005 was completed in the sixth month of 2008.
