Houses with 12 floors and 54 flats which were started to be constructed on behalf of Turkmenistan Ministry of Finance have flats with 2 rooms with 91m2, 3 rooms with 129m2 and 4 rooms with 174m2. Every floor is approximately 600m2. The houses have 2 elevators and car park for 50 cars. The construction site of the houses is 10.850m2, environment site is 1.50 hectares
