Houses which were built on behalf of Turkmenistan Ministry of Tax have 12 floors and 48 flats, 87m2 rooms; flats which have 3 rooms and 106m2 and 4 rooms and 175m2. Each of the floors is averagely 665m2. The houses have 2 elevators and car park for 50 cars. The construction site is 8.623m2, environment site is 1.44 hectares.
