HOUSES WITH 164 FLATS OF TURKMENISTAN MINISTRY OF DEFENSE

The construction of Ministry of Defense started in May 2006 and completed in October 2008. The main building has 51.795 construction sites in total and includes 15 floors, 5 blocks, 164 flats, basement and technical flats. In basement, there are technical rooms and storages of the flats. In the entrance, there are entrances of the blocks, 10 stores, offices, 2 sports center, administrative and security departments. Normal floors are designed as flats, garrets are organized as technical rooms. Access between flats is provided with seven stairs and 14 elevators. The total of the area is 4.5 hectares, there are car park for 164 car, open car park, transformer, generator, chiller water reservoirs, children playing areas, sports centers, car and passenger ways, green areas, fountain pool and environment lightening in outside the building.
