This building, named Gurban Sultan Ece and owned by Central Bank has capacity for 160 people, 12.000m2 green area and totally 2.700m2 usage area. Preschool education center which includes 8 classes is decorated with playing groups and educational equipment. There are swimming pools, sports center, music rooms, health center, kitchen, laundry and administrative departments in the center. There are 2 open swimming pools, 8 camellia-typed open classes, 4 children playing groups and technical plants in the outer garden.
