AS Steel has successfully completed the construction of the Turon City Plaza Hotel as part of the Bukhara City urban development project in Bukhara, Uzbekistan. With a total usable area of 10,000 m², this modern facility aims to serve the region’s tourism and business sectors with a focus on comfort and high-quality service.

The 150-room hotel offers a wide range of services to cater to different customer segments. Designed according to international standards, the facility provides an ideal accommodation experience for both business and tourism visitors, with amenities including a restaurant, spa, sauna, fitness center and fully equipped meeting rooms. The Turon City Plaza Hotel offers services on par with international competitors in the hospitality industry, following the modern business travel concept.

The construction of the project utilized high-strength reinforced concrete technologies and prefabricated elements, ensuring both durability and fast delivery. Heat and sound insulation systems were optimized to achieve energy efficiency goals and maximize user comfort.
