PROJECT DETAILS This is an investment project to be constructed by Sehil Group. The approximate investment amount will be 25.000.000 EURO. This facility which will be constructed on a 10 hectares field will provide holiday opportunities which is proper for the lifestyle of Turkmen people, world class and economic. The facility is planned according to timeshare principle (Different estate owners will independently use the estate in 22 periods during one year) which is applied many places of the world. It includes 4 independent departments and a social facility. Type A 55m2 68 Number Type B 85m2 44 Number Type C 126m2 8 Number + 45m2 pool Type D 200m2 9 Number +35m2 pool These 129 independent departments will be used for 15 days which will make 2838 timeshare. Every building has a private car park or garage, sauna or Jacuzzi, winter garden, terrace and special landscape, Type D and C have private pools, the facility will be used for 12 months. There are men and women Turkish baths which will be available on winter, 10 family units, massage halls, restaurants, café and bars in the recreational facility. Spa and mud baths where Turkmenistan endemic plants are used, sports centers, children playing center, mini golf will be also available in winter months.
