WBM Textile Factory 1
Description
AS Steel is proud to be part of the construction of a state-ofthe-art textile complex in the Bukhara region of Uzbekistan, with an investment of over 93 million dollars and covering an area of 20 hectares. This prestigious project was completed in four years using a steel frame construction system, modern engineering solutions and high-quality building materials.
The steel structures used in the construction provide high strength and flexibility, offering top-level security against earthquakes and weather conditions. To enhance production efficiency, energy-efficient insulated panels and highstrength reinforced concrete foundations were selected. The use of prefabricated structural elements accelerated the assembly processes, enabling time and cost optimization during construction. Additionally, environmentally friendly materials and low-carbon emission technologies were used, in line with sustainability principles.
Considering the challenging soil and climate conditions of the region, detailed soil surveys were conducted and ground reinforcement techniques were integrated into the project. During the construction process, safety protocols compliant with international standards were applied and the project successfully passed all inspections.
As a result, this modern textile complex serves as an innovative and sustainable structure, making a significant contribution to Uzbekistan’s industrial infrastructure and regional economic development. AS Steel continues to set new industry standards with its superior construction solutions in this project.
